Job Description

SeniorDesign Program Manager

You will join a group of program managers that focus broadly across Adobe's Document Cloud businesses to drive the creation of flagship applications, collaborating with senior design leadership and partners across the entire development process. We create and run processes that help hundreds of designers work together to make the best possible products and services forcreativesandknowledgeworkers.

Primary responsibilities include guidingprocessesat a team level, and leading high-impact projects with a cross-disciplinary group from the design team and business partners. You willbe responsible foroperationalizing design processes, including owning management tools, building alignment, and prioritizing work to ensure timelines and businessobjectivesare met.

In partnership with design leadership,you'llshepherd the workload and process, all while being a champion for team culture and developing andmaintainingpositive relationships with the product team. This requires experience communicating across teams and stakeholders, creating clear plans out of ambiguity, actively spotting trouble on the horizon, and communicating updates to our executive partners.

What you need to succeed

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of applicable experience in a design and technology environment
Demonstrated delivery of large-scale programs and projects
Real passion for user experience and design with an understanding of design process
Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity with a diverse range ofpartners
