Senior Design Lead (Senior Art Director)

Role Overview: As the Senior Design Lead at Allen Digital, you will report directly to the Head of Creative and play a crucial role in leading creative development and execution across all customer touchpoints, focusing primarily on print and extending these concepts across various media. Your responsibilities will include managing the design team, overseeing project direction, and actively participating in design ideation to ensure high-quality design solutions that align with the company's educational goals and branding strategies. You will be a visionary leader, brand steward, and creative innovator, driving creative strategies and solutions while maintaining brand consistency and setting new standards of excellence in design and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the conceptualization and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on print, ensuring creative treatments align with brand objectives and extend across digital and video formats. - Co-manage and mentor the design team, fostering innovation and maintaining high standards. - Develop and maintain global imaging and video style guides, approve creative content, and ensure brand consistency across all formats. - Maintain high standards for typography, color, and visual composition, particularly in print, while exploring innovative solutions for other media. - Organize and plan project details efficiently, ensuring seamless project continuity. Qualification Required: - Over 10 years of design experience, with at least 5 years in a significant creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising background. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, specializing in print design with the ability to adapt designs across digital and video media. - Exceptional ability to communicate design thinking, present creative ideas effectively, multitask, and work under tight deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required, along with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and creative leadership.
