Job Description

Window Regulator Design: Knowledge of window regulator design, development, and testing
Software Skills: Proficiency in CATIA, AutoCAD, and MS Office (CAE knowledge is an advantage)
Product Cost Optimization: Focus on VA/VE and product cost optimization for new products
Customer Interaction: Experience in direct customer interaction and meeting with customers
IATF 16949 Compliance: Understanding of IATF 16949 system requirements and compliance
APQP Tools & Methodologies: Knowledge of APQP tools, DFA (Design for Assembly), DFM (Design for Manufacturing), Kaizen, and VA/VE activities

Required Candidate Profile:

Expertise in window regulator design and testing
Strong proficiency in CATIA, AutoCAD, and MS Office, with CAE knowledge considered a plus
Knowledge of product cost optimization, customer interaction, and IATF 16949 compliance
