Senior Design Engineer – Belt Conveyor - Immediate Hiring

Job Summary:

A Senior Design Engineer for Belt Conveyor design and mechanical structures is responsible for overseeing all stages of conveyor and plant mechanical structure engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of belt conveyors, mechanical structures, and material handling systems specific to cement plant operations, using CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Prepare comprehensive GA drawings, design calculations, and technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, create cost estimates, and manage budgets for design solutions.
• Oversee the installation, alignment, and commissioning of bulk material conveying equipment (belt conveyors, screw conveyors, elevators) and other mechanical systems.
• Ensure designs and systems comply with industrial safety standards and cement industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in conveyor design and mechanical structure engineering, especially within the cement or heavy industrial sector.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Strong knowledge of material handling systems, steel and concrete structures, and safety standards for industrial plants.
