Senior Design Architect I

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. Your key responsibilities will include: - Bridging the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions, and driving successful implementations with deep domain/technology expertise. - Spearheading the architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery through a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Ensuring knowledge up-gradation and working with new technologies to meet quality standards and client requirements. - Reviewing architecture and design deliverables to ensure adherence to industry best practices and establishing governance/compliance measures. - Training and developing the team to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the technology and mitigate delivery risks.
