Senior Deputy Customer Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for acquiring and servicing customers directly for life insurance products in the Direct Marketing department. Your main goal will be to achieve business targets and ensure excellent customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing new business through direct sales channels, including self-generated leads and company leads - Achieving sales, revenue, and persistency targets - Conducting customer meetings to explain life insurance products and solutions - Building long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business - Ensuring adherence to IRDAI/regulatory norms and internal compliance. To be successful in this role, you must have: - Good knowledge of equity, financial, and insurance products - 15 years experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services - Excellent communication and relationship skills.
