Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Dentist role based in Old Maninagar, Ahmedabad. The Senior Dentist will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating dental issues while maintaining high quality care. Key responsibilities include performing advanced dental procedures, guiding junior dental professionals, ensuring compliance with sterilization protocols, and educating patients on oral healthcare practices. The role demands strong leadership skills for managing staff and coordinating with the clinic's administrative team to ensure optimal operations.

Qualification - BDS with minimum 4 years plus experience

MDS with 1 year experience

Requirement

• Expertise in clinical dental practices, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and advanced dental procedures
• Proficiency in orthodontics, dental surgery, and related specialties
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage patient relationships with empathy and professionalism
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and compliance with health and safety standards
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior dentists and dental staff
• valid dental license to practice in India
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting; prior experience
