Job Brief

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Speech-to-Text and Text Generation technologies to tackle a Conversational AI challenge for our client. The goal is to transcribe customer conversations and apply Generative AI for actionable insights that improve engagement strategies and support decision-making.

You will be working with cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, NLP, and RAG pipelines to develop real-time transcription, summarization, intent recognition, and recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conversational AI & Call Transcription

• Develop and fine-tune Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) models.
• Fine-tune language models for industry-specific terminology.
• Implement speaker diarization to distinguish multiple voices in a conversation.

2. NLP & Generative AI Applications

• Build conversation summarization models.
• Implement Named Entity Recognition (NER).
• Apply LLMs for deep conversation analysis and smart recommendations.
• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using external knowledge sources.

3. Sentiment Analysis & Decision Support

• Create sentiment and intent classification systems.
• Develop predictive models for next-best-action suggestions based on historical call data and engagement.

4. AI Deployment & Scalability

• Deploy models on AWS, Azure, or GCP ensuring real-time capabilities.
• Optimize inference with ONNX, TensorRT, or Triton.
• Establish MLOps pipelines for continual learning and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proven expertise in ASR, NLP, and Conversational AI systems.
• Experience with tools like Whisper, DeepSpeech, Kaldi, AWS Transcribe, Google STT.
• Proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• Familiar with RAG, LangChain, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Hands-on with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
• Experience in deploying AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, or Flask.

Soft Skills

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate AI insights into impact.
• Fast-paced problem-solver and innovative thinker.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences NLP projects.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI, prompt engineering, and knowledge graphs.
• Exposure to Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) techniques for conversational models.
