Senior Data Scientist Location: Hyderabad, IndiaExperience: 8-10 YearsWe are seeking a highly motivated, driven, and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a go-getter with a passion for uncovering insights from complex data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and driving business decisions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the entire data lifecycle, from extraction to model deployment. Note: This is purely a Technical role not Managerial. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end data science projects, from conception and data collection to model building and delivering actionable insights. Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable ETL pipelines to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data from our data lake. Utilize advanced SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data extraction, manipulation, and in-depth analysis to identify critical trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop and implement a variety of machine learning algorithms, such as regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting models, to solve key business challenges. Create compelling and intuitive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices. Must-Have Qualifications & Skills Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in a data science or related role. SQL and Visualization: Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex querying and proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau , Power BI , or Looker. Data Engineering: Strong, hands-on experience building and managing ETL processes and working extensively within a data lake environment. Python and Data Analysis: Mastery of Python and its core data science libraries, especially Pandas , for data wrangling, exploration, and identifying hidden patterns . Machine Learning: In-depth theoretical knowledge and practical application of various ML algorithms , including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. A portfolio of successfully deployed models is a strong plus. Attitude: A proactive, self-starting go-getter with excellent problem-solving skills and the drive to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
