Senior Data Program Manager

As a Senior Data Program/Project Manager at WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT) in Hyderabad, India, your role will involve leading and coordinating data-driven initiatives across various business functions. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing data-related projects and programs, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery, conducting advanced data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Power BI, delivering actionable insights through structured reporting and visualizations, developing and maintaining KPI tracking systems and automated dashboards, and performing ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading data cleansing, transformation, and automation processes, ensuring high data quality and consistency across platforms, analyzing sales and pre-sales performance metrics, supporting revenue forecasting and business planning, preparing and presenting newsletters and executive-level PowerPoint presentations, communicating complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, owning and optimizing processes for CRM systems and internal insight tools, and driving continuous improvement in data operations and tool usage. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, demonstrated experience in project or program management, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data transformation tools, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, experience with CRM systems and internal business tools, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
