Job Title: Senior Data Analyst Mortgage Servicing

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex SQL Server stored procedures for operational efficiency.
• Design and manage data models to support mortgage servicing analytics.
• Create insightful Power BI reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Support ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision-making across departments.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and stored procedure development.
• Expertise in Power BI report creation and data modeling.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and performance optimization.
• Experience working with large datasets and business-critical reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4 8 years of hands-on experience in data analytics roles.
• Prior exposure to mortgage servicing or financial services is a plus.
