Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
Provide customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and daily reports in the CRM.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Any graduate or undergraduate candidate can apply.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM handling.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns and work towards targets.
Experience in BPO, call centres, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
