Senior Customer Service Representative (Min. 4 Years Aftermarket Sales Experience)

We are an exciting company in the Automotive Spares and Accessories market based in the largest auto spares market in Asia, Kashmere Gate, Delhi.

We are looking for people with more than 3 years of experience who can do sales and are good at talking over the phone.

MUST HAVE

4 or more years of Automotive Spares & Sales Experience

• Understanding of the sales process
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to convince potential clients over the phone
• Must be able to bring their own existing clients

Role & Responsibility:

• Acquire new customers and maintain current ones.
• Manage Sales Cycle, generate leads and manage accounts.
• Answering client queries (products, prices, availability and credit).
• Following up with customers.
• Comfortable using computers, Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
