Hiring: Service Support Associate US Health Insurance Role Overview: We are looking for a Service Support Associate to support our US branch with policy renewals and documentation management . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US Health Insurance or banking or customer support. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for the US branch. Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle & renewal activities . Ensure compliance with US Health Insurance regulations . Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewals. Handle queries, identify risks, and provide solutions. Build and maintain strong working relationships with US stakeholders. Skills & Competencies: Excellent written & verbal communication . Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) . Insurance domain knowledge is a must. Problem-solving and proactive approach. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Health Insurance . Minimum 15 years of education (10+2+3). Insurance certification (preferred, not mandatory).
