Regency Hospital Ltd Is Hiring!

Position:- Senior Resident

Department:- Critical Care

Qualification:- MBBS, MD (Anaesthesia)

Job Summary:

Critical Care

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on care for critically ill patients under the supervision of ICU Consultants.
Monitor and manage ventilators, vasopressors, dialysis, and other advanced life-support equipment.
Conduct daily ICU rounds and update progress notes.
Perform emergency procedures such as:

Endotracheal intubation
Central line and arterial line insertion
Chest tube insertion
Basic and advanced airway management

Respond promptly to ICU emergencies and Code Blue situations.
Interpret ABGs, ECGs, chest X-rays, CT scans, and laboratory findings.
Ensure accurate documentation in patient medical records and ICU charts.
Participate in family counseling and explain prognosis, procedures, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with nursing staff, respiratory therapists, and other departments.
Participate in academic sessions, research, and audits.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines.
