Senior Creative Partner

You will be working with DDB Mudra Group | 22 Feet Tribal in Mumbai, providing brand strategy and creative solutions for the digital marketing space. Your role will involve coordinating with clients to understand design requirements, working with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive design strategies, and staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies. You will be responsible for developing static and motion design solutions, managing multiple design projects, and ensuring designs are optimized for various platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, objectives, and vision, ensuring alignment with their expectations and brand guidelines. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive design strategies and creative solutions. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. - Develop static and motion design solutions for digital campaigns, social media assets, branding, websites, and print collateral. - Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance the visual impact of marketing materials. - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools for design creation. - Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards. - Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, make revisions, and refine designs. - Optimize designs for various platforms including web, mobile, and social media. Qualifications Required: - Proven 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in static and motion design. - Experience in client coordination, gathering feedback, and managing client expectations. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and AI tools. - Understanding of motion design principles and ability to create compelling animations and videos. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of current design trends, typography, color theory, and branding. - Ability to balance creativity with functionality, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects. - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.,
