As a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter at ISS STOXX based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for various business units across Asia Pacific. Additionally, you will be involved in sourcing strategies, attending industry events, and recommending recruitment ideas to drive the company's long-term growth. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in Finance Services/Fintech, Banking, or IT sectors. A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Your expertise should extend to hiring across various technologies such as Python, Java, Cloud platforms, and Front-end Frameworks. Strong client management, research, and sourcing skills are essential, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
