Creative Oversight

• Concept, write, and develop outstanding creative solutions that are unique, relevant, and above all original, embodying the brand spirit.
• Collaborate with the team to refine ideas. Be a team player, but fight for what you believe in. You are not here to be a "yes" person, welcome to have different perspective with valid reason or point of view.
• Write original, breakthrough copy for campaigns, brand initiatives, and content across multiple channels with a strategic mindset that ensures alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
• Push boundaries. Every industry has its cliches, tech especially. Learn what they are and avoid them like the plague.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop integrated creative concepts, ensuring a cohesive visual and verbal identity across all touch points and to deliver creative asset.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing teams to develop all copy related with campaigns, like product page, retail mode, keynote script.
• Ensuring creative teams asset meet creative strategic goals
• Nerd out. The better you know the tech, the better you can communicate it to your audience. Befriend the engineers, buy the product team lunch. They are your single greatest resource for inspiration.
• Observant. Consumer and audiences are the key of our creative communications,

stay with them and finding a unique way to speak with them.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting
• Experience in the agency or client-side experience.
• Experience in 3c products-related industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to create compelling copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Expertise in creative direction for campaigns, brand identity, and creative asset.
• Strong brand and integrated marketing understanding, with expertise in executing cross-functional collaborations.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate insights into impactful creative.
