You will play a crucial role as a software consultant and trainer at Technovalley, a global high-technology IT consulting and training company. Your main responsibilities will include: - Delivering world-class training programs in Network stack technology, focusing on Cisco and related technologies. - Guiding students to achieve international certifications. - Creating engaging curriculum, labs, and projects aligned with industry standards. - Mentoring learners on real-world Router/Switches/other network security devices use cases, and security practices. - Designing and delivering curriculum, lab exercises, and certification-oriented workshops. - Conducting hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world projects/simulations. - Providing mentorship and academic guidance to students, ensuring their learning objectives and certification targets are met. - Staying updated on the latest Network technologies and certification requirements. - Collaborating with the Academic Excellence team to enhance training content and improve learner outcomes. - Inspiring the next generation of global cloud professionals. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - At least 1 year of industry or training experience in CCNA Routing & Switching or CompTIA Network+ curriculum. - Hands-on expertise in handling and managing CCNA router and switches, or related technologies. - Strong knowledge of Network protocols, architecture, network security and Firewalls in IOS and NX-OS. - Excellent communication and mentoring skills. - Holding at least one or more global certification in Networking (preferred). - Ability to learn and re-deliver in a short time span. Preferred Certifications: CCNA Routing & Switching, CCNP, CompTIA N+ or related certifications/skills (at least one).
