Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Transformation

As a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant at EFESO Management Consultants, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses optimize their supply chain and achieve best-in-class standards through process design, collaboration, and change management. You will be a key member of the EFESO Advanced Planning team, where you will work on implementing top-tier planning solutions, bridging business requirements into sustainable and scalable state-of-the-art Advanced Planning Solutions. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on supply chain strategy, business transformation, digitalization, and automation of supply chain management. You will act as a bridge between Business and IT, defining requirements for clients" digitalization journey and shaping the best business solutions. From acquisition to end-to-end delivery, you will drive workshops, interact closely with customers, and build long-lasting relationships as a trusted advisor. To excel in this role, you should have 6-9 years of relevant work experience and a strong background in end-to-end supply chain management, supply chain process analysis, and optimization. Proficiency in supply chain-related packages and technical understanding of software systems and data structures are essential. Strong consulting skills, experience with scripting languages, BI tools, and an affinity for new technologies are highly desirable. Collaboration with customers and technology partners, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and a doer mentality are key attributes for success in this position.
