Senior Consultant - Solution Design Specialist

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant - Solution Design Specialist at Infosys BPM Ltd., you will play a key role in creating intelligent questionnaires, conducting volume analysis, identifying transformation opportunities, and defending solutions with key stakeholders. Your expertise in areas such as shrinkages, effort estimation, operating models, pricing models, customer service, product support, and stakeholder management will be crucial in delivering transformational benefits to clients. You will be expected to excel in communication, presentation skills, and aligning operations with transformation productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Create intelligent Questionnaire from the available details - Conduct volume analysis from ITSM Platform, ACD Reports, CRM Platform etc. - Identify Use Cases for Transformation opportunities - Model Effort Estimation - Develop Banding structure as per Targeted Operating Model (TOM) and scope of activities - Align Operations and Transformation productivity in the banding based on respective approvals - Update Solution assumptions - Review banding with respective delivery SPOCs and take signoffs - Provide Transformation, Innovation, and Governance (TIG) inputs based on solution - Write up solution response in PPT / Word / Excel - Defend solution with all key stakeholders - Present Solutions in client Orals - Conduct Due Diligence with clients on expected outsourcing initiatives Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is mandatory - Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role - Advanced Understanding of shrinkages and effort estimation - Proficiency in Commercial Pricing Models - Experience in Customer Service, Product Support, and Service Desk (L1, L2 etc) scopes - Strong skills in PPT designing, presentation, and Advanced Excel - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Note: Infosys BPM Ltd. is a subsidiary of Infosys Ltd. and has a strong reputation for its robust people practices.
