Job Description: SAP Plant Maintenance Implementation ProjectLocation: [Hyderabad]Project Duration: [6 months]Employment Type: [Contract / Full-time]

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Consultants to support a strategic SAP Implementation project. The role involves managing and executing PM activities across systems directly connected to, impacted by, or supporting the main SAP landscape. Key focus areas include SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), S/4HANA upgrade, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities

SAP CALM Integration & Monitoring:Configure and integrate SAP Cloud ALM with the SAP landscape.Set up monitoring, alerting, and analytics for system health and performance.Support project tracking and documentation within CALM.

S/4HANA Upgrade Activities

Plan and execute technical upgrade of SAP S/4HANA systems.Perform system sizing, stack updates, kernel upgrades, and patch management.Coordinate with functional teams for downtime planning and cutover activities.

Data Migration Support

Collaborate with migration teams to ensure system readiness.Manage RFC connections, SLT replication, and data staging environments.Monitor performance and troubleshoot migration-related issues.

Landscape & System Management

Maintain and optimize SAP system landscapes (DEV, QA, PROD).Maintenance planning and execution, Notification & work orders, reporting & analytics; integrated with PPQM module

Security & Compliance

Implement and monitor SAP plant maintenance protocols.Support audit and compliance requirements related to PM activities.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures.Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of SAP Basis experience, including S/4HANA environments.Hands-on experience with SAP CALM, Solution Manager, and SAP HANA DB.Strong understanding of SAP system architecture and integration points.Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
