Job Description

As a Senior Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant at Infor Managed Services (IMS), your role will involve leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Infor WFM solutions. You will need to have strong expertise in Infor WFM modules, including Multi-Viewer Scheduler (MVS), Time & Attendance, and Labor Forecasting. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the IMS WFM Team, coordinating activities with customers, stakeholders, and Infor team members at all levels. - Develop functional consulting skills related to Infor WFM application and tools to support product customizations, modifications, and consulting/training activities. - Lead end-to-end implementation of enhancement/customization of Infor WFM application, focusing on Multi-Viewer Scheduler (MVS), Time & Attendance, and Labor Forecasting and Budgeting. - Troubleshoot and analyze customers" business requirements, develop business processes to meet their needs. - Assist customers in efficiently deploying the Infor solution and provide expert-level guidance. - Mentor junior consultants, offer best practice guidance, and solutions. - Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and change management plans. - Willingness to work US shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call during off-shift hours. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Workforce Management or Timekeeping software packages like Kronos, Workbrain, ADP etime, PeopleSoft, etc. - Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis software like Cognos Report Builder. - Proficiency in process improvement, release cycles, deployment, and go-live support. - Understanding of clinical scheduling, labor laws, and credentialing requirements. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
