Senior Consultant - Frontend Developer - AI - PAN INDIA

As a Senior Consultant- Frontend Developer at EY, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining complex, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript. Your key responsibilities include implementing and managing global state using Redux and Redux Toolkit, driving best practices in frontend architecture, code quality, testing, and performance optimization. You will also lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers. Your role involves translating UI/UX designs into high-quality code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs while suggesting improvements. Additionally, you will be maintaining documentation and technical specifications to ensure clarity and consistency. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong proficiency in React and TypeScript. A deep understanding of Redux and Redux Toolkit for state management, along with proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 is essential. Experience with component libraries, design systems, unit testing, integration testing frameworks, RESTful APIs, and performance optimization in React apps is required. Familiarity with frontend build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup is also expected. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills are key to success in this position. It would be advantageous to have experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js, knowledge of CI/CD workflows, frontend deployment strategies, GraphQL, and modern API consumption. Exposure to accessibility standards and internationalization (i18n) would be a plus.
