Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in forensic services, preferably with a background in investigations and compliance. ### Roles and Responsibility Assist clients with due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessment services. Gather information on specific targets to identify potential issues and concerns. Utilize multiple proprietary databases and general secondary sources for research. Develop knowledge of various red flags related to third-party relations. Collaborate with clients to provide services across multiple departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems using a practical approach.### Job Requirements Any Graduate/Post Graduate/LLM/LLB degree. Minimum 6 years of experience in market research, company profiling, or secondary research. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and OFAC guidelines. Willingness to learn and go the 'extra mile' to achieve client satisfaction. Hardworking, adaptable, and quick learner.
