Senior Consultant - EPM

This position is responsible for the design and development of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS). You will collaborate with various technical experts within the organization to implement technologies within the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system. Providing best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives, assisting in defining scope and sizing of work, and anchoring Proof of Concept developments are key aspects of this role. You will be responsible for solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third-party services, and designing and developing complex features to meet clients" business needs. As an applications design architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS, you will be the point of contact for FCCS Analyst Teams and provide solutions to existing Architecture Design on the current system. Collaboration with other groups is essential to ensure effective outcomes. Additional Requirements: - EPM Experience 5+ Years - Experience in Implementation of EPM cloud with strong Application Development process experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process. - Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - Desired functional knowledge including an understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations, and disclosure in financial statements. - Sound functional knowledge in Finance/accounting/General Ledger/Sub Ledgers. - Sound Knowledge on Financial Reports and SmartView Reports. - Good communication Skills. - Travel Readiness. As an experienced consulting professional, you will demonstrate expertise in solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operating independently, you will provide quality work products to engagements, implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements, leading the solution design and implementation aspects, and acting as a team lead on projects to provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effective consultation with management of customer organizations will also be part of your role.
