Senior Consultant

As a Senior Cloud Consultant at DHL IT Services, you will play a crucial role in delivering cloud native solution designs and architectures for key global initiatives based on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Stack IaaS and PaaS hosting models. Your responsibilities will include architecting and designing solutions to meet functional and non-functional requirements, providing technical leadership on complex projects, and implementing effective security strategies on cloud networks. Your role will also involve consulting development teams on technical questions related to continuous integration/continuous delivery and guiding infrastructure engineering teams on infrastructure deficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design solutions based on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Stack IaaS and PaaS hosting models. - Provide technical leadership on complex projects requiring multidisciplinary engineering teams. - Create and review architecture and solution design artifacts, especially from a network perspective. - Implement effective security strategies on cloud networks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines. - Perform project-based engineering, design, installation, and troubleshooting of Cloud and Enterprise network solutions. - Consult development teams on technical aspects of continuous integration/continuous delivery. - Consult customers on technical aspects of installation, sizing, scaling, and network configurations. - Enforce adherence to architectural standards, global product-specific guidelines, and usability design standards. - Provide guidance on engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices. - Support the design and implementation of interconnectivity of IaaS infrastructures from Public Cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Private Cloud implementations. - Create, maintain, and improve network support documentation and processes. - Support sales teams in creating technical proposals and providing costs of solution architecture. Qualifications Required: - Strong public cloud network skills with knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Stack IaaS and PaaS hosting models. - Proficiency in Kubernetes Services is a plus. - Good understanding of general cloud native concepts. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize workload under time and pressure constraints. - Advanced spoken and written English skills for cross-region collaboration with global teams.,
