Senior Consultant - Data Scientist

As a Sr. Consultant- Data Scientist at Firstsource Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models. Your role will involve developing web applications using Flask and FastAPI for real-time data processing and user interaction. Additionally, you will conduct exploratory data analysis, create data processing pipelines, and utilize Generative AI techniques to enhance content generation. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and systems. Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, DL, Computer Vision (CV), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is crucial to drive innovation within the organization. Effective communication skills are essential for conveying complex quantitative analysis to senior management and other departments in a clear and actionable manner. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelors or Masters or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a data science role focusing on ML, DL, and statistical modeling is required. Strong coding skills in Python, proficiency in ML and DL frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow), CV tools (like OpenCV), and NLP libraries (such as NLTK, spaCy) are essential. Prior experience with generative models like GANs, VAEs, or Transformers, along with deployment skills in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, is advantageous. Analytical aptitude and excellent communication skills are also necessary for this role. Possessing certifications in Data Science, ML, or AI from recognized institutions will be an added advantage.
