Senior Consultant, Business Analysis - Global Fee Management

You will be responsible for working on single large scale projects or a work stream of projects in the Business Analysis function. Your role will involve defining scope, creating requirements, and working closely with business partners to understand and translate needs. You will also serve as a contact for IT during the design, development, and testing phase. As a Senior Consultant, you will carry out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult. Your expertise will be crucial in providing comprehensive consulting and leadership to the team and partners at a high technical level. Additionally, you will operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit and specific areas of expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** - Carry out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult - Provide comprehensive consulting and leadership to the team and partners at a high technical level - Develop, implement, and administer programs within functional areas - Conduct preliminary analysis - Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate or above - 10+ years of experience in Fee Billing & Fee Management operations & Business Analysis - In-depth experience working in a Finance environment - Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx preferred - Exposure to Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Custody products - Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Office - Understanding of complex Fee Billing processes, preferably within a Banking environment - Extensive data manipulation and transformation experience You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible and collaborative work culture where movement within the organization is encouraged.
