Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a key contributor to SAP Data Migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to SAP S4/HANA. Your expertise will directly impact the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of global data operations. By focusing on data integrity and process excellence, you will help shape the foundation of the company's digital transformation journey and enable informed business decisions across geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop SAP BODS jobs for data migration and integration projects. - Create and maintain technical design documents (TDDs). - Build Power BI dashboards to visualize data migration outcomes. - Conduct unit testing and maintain detailed log books for job changes. - Execute end-to-end mock cycles and rehearsals for assigned data objects. - Manage defect resolution and incident updates. - Support production hypercare and collaborate across teams during critical phases. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical development. - Ensure adherence to frameworks, version control, and code movement protocols. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration, including at least one S4/HANA project. - Masters or undergraduate degree in Engineering and strong E2E business process knowledge. - Hands-on experience with SAP BODS 4.2, SQL, and various transformation techniques. - Global project exposure and flexibility to travel internationally. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work across time zones and support global systems. - Knowledge of Power BI, LTMC, and SOLMAN/Charm is a plus.
