Senior Consultant - AI Innovation

As an AI Solution Developer in the financial sector, your primary role will be to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models to tackle a variety of challenges faced within the industry. Your work will focus on ensuring the scalability and real-world impact of these solutions. You will also lead research and innovation initiatives, experimenting with novel methodologies and incorporating cutting-edge academic and industry research into practical solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for publishing internal research outputs, contributing to whitepapers, and actively participating in knowledge-sharing sessions to establish thought leadership in AI for finance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models for solving financial sector challenges - Lead research and innovation initiatives, experimenting with novel methodologies - Publish internal research outputs and contribute to whitepapers - Apply best coding practices, robust testing, and scalable software engineering principles - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client needs - Simplify complex technical concepts into actionable insights - Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies through continuous learning and development Qualification Required: - Proven ability in analytical problem-solving and innovative thinking - Competency in modern programming languages such as Python - Demonstrated interest in developing scalable, maintainable, and deployment-ready AI/ML models - Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases - Deep understanding of statistical principles and core machine learning algorithms - Familiarity with Linux OS, containerization technologies, and version control systems - Strong grasp of fundamental concepts in data structures and data preprocessing - Enthusiastic about continuous learning, applied research, and staying updated with the latest technologies and methodologies - Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse teams and work collaboratively in cross-functional environments - Demonstrated track record in presenting research at conferences or contributing to open-source research projects and toolkits The above qualifications are essential for excelling in this role, while exposure to ML/DL libraries, generative & agentic AI, cloud computing, research publications, and relevant projects or certifications would be considered advantageous.,
