Senior Coder / Quality Analyst

You will be working as a Senior Coder / Quality Analyst at Vee Healthtek, a leading healthcare solutions provider. This is a full-time on-site role located in Salem. Your responsibilities will include overseeing coding processes, ensuring accuracy, and conducting quality assessments. You will collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance overall performance. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in medical coding standards and systems, experience in quality analysis and assessment, knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare, strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A certification in medical coding and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field are preferred qualifications.
