Senior Civil Engineer

As a Senior Civil Engineer at Mumbai-Citec, you will be responsible for the following: - Having a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering with over 10 years of experience, you will be expected to have a thorough understanding of conceptual & detailed engineering, developing standardized procedures, solutions & specifications. - You should be an expert in tools like taad, SACS, Tekla, Revit, S3D, E3D, and be able to apply them independently in complex situations. - Leading projects with a team of over 20 associates, including providing technical expertise, evaluation & monitoring of progress, and managing change logs. - Mentoring and guiding teams of different experience levels to improve efficiency through development and automation. - Engaging with customers, providing sales support, and managing vendors effectively. - Ensuring department targets and KPIs are met by strategically reducing project costs, mentoring emerging managers, and collaborating with the Automation team for tool development to reduce FTEs. - Staying updated with industry trends to align with future market demands and providing alerts to upper management regarding foreseen issues. - Driving profitable growth in your area, focusing on customer and vendor development, as well as employee satisfaction and fostering cooperation within the team across different geographical locations.,
