Senior Chemist - Technical Services

• Monthly, weekly, daily resource planning and ordering based on laboratory requirement.
• Timely reporting of daily / weekly / monthly product characteristics to the concerned departments.
• Manpower resource planning & lab effectiveness & efficiencies.
• Annual budget plan.
• Handling of customer complaint.
• Asses the previous year performance of the department & plan improvement points while prepareing the yearly P&B formulation (Including AMC, reagents & chemicals etc.),
• Adoption of cost control measures such as development of internal calibration techniques, to reduce -

Preferred Experience

• Professional having Master /Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Fiber Science, from a reputed university having a proven track record in the respective field.
• 8-10 Years of working experience in Laboratory in a similar site with hands on experience in handling laboratory teams
• Experience of leading a Laboratory team with 24/7 shift rotation
• Exposures in IMS / ISO system
• Additional exposures in analytical methods related to composit / aerospace / high temperature processes.
• Knowledge of automotive and aerospace quality certification
