Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Carpet Designer located in Bhadohi district, with some work from home flexibility. The Senior Carpet Designer will be responsible for developing innovative and aesthetically pleasing carpet designs. Key tasks include creating original designs, collaborating with the production team to ensure feasibility, selecting appropriate materials, and adhering to project deadlines. Additionally, the designer will be required to keep up with industry trends and customer preferences to create market-leading products.

Qualifications

• Experience in textile design and carpet design
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD
• Strong understanding of color, texture, and pattern
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into final designs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the production team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in the carpet or textile industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Interior Design, or related field
