Senior CAD Designer

As a Senior CAD Designer, you will utilize technology to create designs for complex projects in the field of jewelry design. Your expertise will be instrumental in generating 2D images through surface modeling as well as 3D or solid modeling. Your role will involve making necessary improvements to designs based on project requirements and ensuring the complete jewelry design using CAD Rhino software. In this position, you will be responsible for providing guidance and direction to the CAD team to maintain operational and technical excellence. You will play a key role in planning, organizing, and managing the work plans of the CAD team, ensuring optimal delivery in terms of the overall turnaround time for design submissions. Additionally, you will evaluate team members for their technical skills, performance, and productivity to drive continuous improvement within the team. To excel in this role, you must possess strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software, with a focus on 2D and 3D CAD proficiency. Prior experience in jewelry design is essential, along with a solid foundation in basic computer knowledge. Proficiency in Rhino software is mandatory, with a preferred experience of 7 to 15 years in the jewelry industry specifically using RHINO Software. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Andheri East, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of total work experience, with a strong background in Rhino for Heavy Jewellery in the domestic market.
