The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, negotiation expertise, and an understanding of quality and compliance standards across markets. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers for metals, gemstones, tools, and packaging. Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring best quality, compliance, and delivery timelines. Monitor global market trends for precious materials, and optimize procurement strategies accordingly. Liaise with design, production, and inventory teams to align sourcing with business needs. Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices and sustainability standards. Handle import documentation, customs compliance, and coordination with freight/logistics partners. ✅ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field. MBA preferred. 3–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the jewelry, luxury goods, or fashion accessories sector. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, sourcing markets, and commodity pricing. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
