Senior C Software Engineer

As an Associate Technical Lead in Software Development in the domain of Electronics and Electrical, located in Chennai, India, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Analyzing, designing, and implementing new features. - Developing and maintaining automated tests and supporting tools. - Debugging and resolving issues. - Supporting cross-functional teams and field engineers. - Managing the full development lifecycle which includes requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in C# development. - Strong Windows-based product development experience. - BE/BTech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions. - Proficiency with version control, preferably Git. - Good spoken and written English communication skills. - Strong stability with a minimum of 2 years tenure per organization, no job-hopping. Additionally, the following qualifications are considered nice-to-haves: - Understanding and creation of UML modeling. - Experience in C++ development. - Exposure to image processing, automation, or robotics. - Ability to work independently in small teams with initiative. The work model for this position is hybrid, with 3 days of work from the office in Chennai. This is a full-time job. In this role, you will be expected to explain the difference between abstract classes and interfaces in C#, handle multithreading in a Windows application, and understand how garbage collection works in .NET.
