Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure their comfort at all times.

• Provide personalized services, including serving meals and beverages.

• Manage guest requests efficiently and promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high service standards in designated areas.

• Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Uphold the company’s hospitality standards and etiquette.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Professional appearance and well-groomed personality.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
