Senior Business Insight Manager AI & Data Science

As a Senior Business Insight Manager in AI & Data Science, your role will involve leading enterprise-wide transformation programs within global BPO operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading strategic transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement. - Aligning transformation initiatives with strategic business goals to drive measurable outcomes. - Identifying and championing use cases for AI technologies across key functions such as quality assurance, workforce management, fraud detection, and content moderation. - Collaborating with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions and production-ready deployments. - Leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows and minimize variation in critical business processes. - Conducting root cause analysis workshops and process simulations to optimize operational efficiency. - Partnering with business leaders and IT stakeholders to execute transformation initiatives that deliver tangible ROI. - Leading the organizational shift towards greater digital maturity and driving the creation of a Center of Excellence for AI-augmented operations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory. - 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with ownership of large-scale transformation projects. - 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives. In terms of technical skills and expertise, proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and exposure to AI platforms are essential. Additionally, a strong command of automation technologies, particularly RPA tools, and in-depth knowledge of BPO metrics and operational challenges are required. Non-negotiable requirements for this role include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, experience in transformation projects, and expertise in data science, data analytics, and AI/ML projects.,
