About the Role:

Logicloop Digital is looking for a Senior Business Development professional with strong experience in digital agency sales and a proven track record of driving new business and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have an established network across industries and strong relationships with **CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Business Owners, and other senior decision-makers**. This role requires someone who can identify high-value opportunities, lead strategic pitches, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Drive new business acquisition for Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and integrated digital solutions.

* Leverage existing industry relationships and professional networks to generate high-quality leads and business opportunities.

* Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and senior stakeholders.

* Identify and develop business opportunities across multiple industries and sectors.

* Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closure.

* Understand client business challenges and present customized digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable business value.

* Work closely with strategy, creative, performance marketing, and other internal teams** to develop impactful pitches and proposals.

* Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.

* Consistently achieve and exceed business development, revenue, and client acquisition targets.

* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, industry developments, and evolving client requirements.

*Key requirements:*

* 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within a digital marketing or advertising agency is mandatory.

* Proven experience in selling Performance Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and integrated agency solutions.

* Strong and active network of CXOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Business Owners, and senior decision-makers.

* Experience in acquiring and closing mid-to-large enterprise accounts.

* Demonstrated track record of consistently generating new business and meeting revenue targets.

* Experience handling clients across multiple industries, rather than being limited to a single sector.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to translate them into business outcomes for clients.

* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, pitching, and relationship-management skills.

* A strong commercial mindset with the ability to independently drive conversations from first connect to closure.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
