Job Description

As a Sr. Business Development Manager Enterprise Offerings, your primary role will be to drive enterprise business growth through sales leadership, key account management, and offering development in the field of IT services. You should possess a strategic mindset, execution excellence, and people leadership skills with hands-on experience in Enterprise IT solutions like Cloud, DevOps, Atlassian, AWS, and Digital Transformation services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Business Leadership & Strategy - Own and drive the Enterprise Sales & Account Management strategy. - Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) plan for enterprise offerings. - Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances. - Develop business plans and roadmaps to build multi-million-dollar portfolios. - Sales & Revenue Ownership - Lead Enterprise Sales from opportunity discovery to closure. - Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across large enterprise accounts. - Establish and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Oversee proposal management, RFP response, and pricing strategy. - Account Management & Customer Success - Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs within key enterprise accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations. - Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. - Drive account planning and governance reviews. - Offerings & Market Development - Collaborate with COEs to shape customer-centric solutions. - Monitor market trends and competition to strengthen the enterprise portfolio. - Support marketing in building brand visibility. - Team Leadership - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and account management team. - Foster a culture emphasizing customer focus, collaboration, and innovation. Qualifications required for this role include: - 15-20 years of overall experience in IT Services Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in enterprise account leadership roles. - Proven track record of developing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts. - Strong experience in solution-based selling, RFP leadership, key account management, and managing P&L. - Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence CXO-level decisions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills. - Strategic thinker with operational excellence and execution discipline.,
