Senior Business Control Officer, AVP

Role Overview: You will be joining DWS Group (DWS) as a Senior Business Control Officer in Pune, India. Key Responsibilities: - Execute DWS Findings Reporting process and deliver select reports to Senior Management and Deutsche Bank committees regularly - Enhance reporting processes for quality and stakeholder usefulness - Own and enhance Forecasting methodology in collaboration with Finding Owners and Divisional COO teams - Partner with Risk Assessment and Control Monitoring teams to identify key risk and control indicators Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a strong academic background and relevant experience - Strong English communication skills (Oral and Written) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint including Think-cell) and automation of reporting tasks in Power Query, Power Automate, Qlik, or Tableau - Good understanding of the overall Deutsche Bank / DWS Risk environment - Ability to coordinate with Global Management teams and independently complete tasks with accuracy and perseverance,
