Senior Business Analyst - Managerial analytics

**Job Description:** As a Senior Business Analyst at Trinity, you will be expected to contribute with strong problem-solving skills and process orientation on projects independently. Your role will involve providing insights through data analysis and visualization for small to large datasets, translating business questions into analytical problems, and developing business rules, process flow, and methodology for analysis. Additionally, you will work with the team to execute Adhoc/Regular reporting projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide insights through data analysis and visualization for small to large datasets - Translate business questions into analytical problems to develop business rules, process flow, and methodology for analysis - Summarize the analysis using basic statistical methods - Work with the team to execute Adhoc/Regular reporting projects **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of past professional experience, preferably in the pharma/life sciences domain - Hands-on experience in data analytics - Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, SQL, or other database query language - Good to have: Data analysis tools like Python or PySpark, data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI, automation tools like VBA or Google Apps Scripts, and knowledge of no/low code platforms like Dataiku - Domain and Data skillset: Knowledge in patient level data analytics, field/sales analytics, marketing analytics, and experience in analyzing IQVIA/IMS data As an additional detail about the company, Trinity is a life science consulting firm founded in 1996, serving as a trusted strategic partner to life science corporations globally.
