Senior Business Analyst

You will be responsible for meeting with clients, primarily through virtual platforms. Your role will involve defining the scope of discussions and creating comprehensive documentation, including SOWs (Statements of Work), MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and persuasive business proposals. Additionally, you will lead and support a team of 4-5 individuals, addressing their inquiries and providing guidance, such as assisting with complex technical proposals originating from the Bidding portal or social platform. You should apply your solid foundation in website and application development, complemented by relevant technical acumen, to oversee sales pipelines and meticulously track progress against established goals. Your responsibilities will also include preparing RFP documents from Tender portals. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, 2 years in Team Handling, 2 years in Online Bidding, and 2 years in Technical Documentation Writing. Proficiency in English is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires you to work from the office in Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata, from Monday to Friday.
