Senior Brand Identity & Packaging Designer

As a Senior Brand Identity & Packaging Designer in our New Delhi office, you will play a crucial role in translating strategy into impactful design systems. Your responsibilities include creating comprehensive identity systems, developing brand guidelines for consistency, designing packaging for D2C and retail brands, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure visual and verbal alignment. You should have a minimum of three years of experience in brand identity and packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic identity work and packaging applications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production processes are essential for this role. We are seeking a design thinker who is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and passionate about crafting visually intelligent and emotionally compelling identities. You should be able to lead projects independently, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple timelines without compromising quality.
