Senior Brand Designer + Illustrator

As a Graphic Design Lead at noon Food, you will be an integral part of the team driving major missions forward with your strong grasp of illustration and design. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Leading and mentoring graphic and brand designers - Providing feedback and career development support to designers at all levels - Building a high-performing design culture fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability - Owning the design roadmap and ensuring alignment with broader product, marketing, and brand strategies - Translating business objectives into clear creative strategies and design deliverables - Ensuring design consistency across platforms and touchpoints (web, mobile, campaigns, offline) - Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Content teams to deliver cohesive experiences - Partnering with leadership to influence product direction and business decisions through design thinking - Overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery of high-quality designs on time - Implementing and improving scalable design processes, systems, and tools - Advocating for user-centered design practices and integrating user feedback into design iterations Qualifications required for this role include: - 5-6 years of relevant design experience - Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary design teams - Strong portfolio showcasing hands-on design expertise and leadership impact - Deep understanding of design principles, illustration styles, and brand strategy - Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Procreate, and prototyping tools - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills To excel in this role at noon Food, you should have high standards, understand the importance of hard work, and operate with a deep bias for action.
