Senior BPM Pega Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibilities, provide support, maintain communication, and update managers on task progress. - Strive to exceed client and team expectations, working on increasingly complex assignments. - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and onsite personnel. - Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks. - Participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, and engage in design, development, QA, deployment, and support activities as required. - Ensure compliance with EY policies and procedures such as Timesheet and Leaves management. - Adhere to quality protocols specified for the project. - Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases to deliver high-quality results. - Build Technical Assets and Accelerators. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform. - Worked on at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations. - Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting. - Experience in Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors. - Experience in Pega Constellation, React JS, or UI/UX & Portals development rules. - Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices and application performance tuning activities. - Understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience in PL/SQL. - Certified CSSA OR CLSA Part1.
