You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state-of-the-art applications to optimize business processes leveraging the Pega Development platform. Your key responsibilities include: - Working effectively as a team lead, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating managers on the progress of tasks - Continuously striving towards exceeding client and team expectations and working on increasingly complex assignments - Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel - Ensuring on-time delivery of allocated tasks - Participating in Scrum ceremonies and providing status updates - Participating in design, development, QA, deployment, and support as required - Ensuring compliance with EY policies and procedures like Timesheet/Leaves management - Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project - Updating technical architecture/design and unit test cases and ensuring high-quality deliverables - Building Technical Assets and Accelerators Skills and attributes for success: - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high-quality reports and presentations as needed - Participating in organization-wide people initiatives - Hands-on experience on at least 3-4 projects - Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus - Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL - Should cross-skill and cross-train as per the business requirements To qualify for the role, you must have: - 4-8 years of Pega Application development knowledge using the Pega Development platform - Worked on at least 2-3 end-to-end Pega project implementations - Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting - Hands-on experience in Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File/Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors - Experience in Pega Constellation, React JS, or experience in UI/UX & Portals development rules - Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices - Understanding of Pega application performance tuning activities - At least one Pega Upgrade knowledge/experience - Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies - Certified CSSA or CLSA Part1 Ideally, you should also have: - B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp.
