You should have a minimum of 6-9 years of development experience in Pega, and having Pega CSSA certification is mandatory. Your hands-on implementation experience should be strong, leveraging Enterprise class Structure, Data Modelling, Application structure design, specialization & extensibility, Inheritance and Rule Resolution Concepts. Your implementation experience of integrations (SOAP, REST, File Listener, etc.) and its exception handling should be excellent.
